For purchases of fine art prints, the 14-day withdrawal period normally begins on the day you receive your order. If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period generally begins when you receive the final item.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, simply use the form below. You can select the item(s) you wish to return and submit your withdrawal request online. You do not need to provide a reason for your withdrawal.

Once your request has been submitted, we will send you confirmation by email. You must then return the relevant item(s) to us without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

We will reimburse the applicable amount paid for the returned item(s), including the applicable standard delivery charge, in accordance with your statutory consumer rights. Reimbursement may be withheld until we receive the returned item(s) or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item(s), unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Please note that the right of withdrawal is subject to certain legal exceptions. In particular, personalised or custom-made products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where applicable.
